Greetings, The 35^th Regiment is a non-profit association of War Between the States reenactors. We are a family style unit in that we welcome not only those folks willing to experience all that nature has to offer but we also encourage entire families to pitch a tent and participate. One of the goals of the organization is to enhance our awareness of history. Reading about the time period and the lives of the people that lived during that time is an important step in discovery but there is no substitute for hands on learning. This valuable lesson can only be thoroughly appreciated after putting on the clothing of the time period and completing the tasks they would engage in during life in the 1860’s.
